Actually I slightly based my house on the houses you find in Notting Hill, London. But it was hard to make it look exactely like these houses because I didn't want to use any custom content.
I still think it came out nice, so I wanted to share it anyway.
It has 3 floors:
Ground Floor
*Small hallway
*living room
*kitchen
*family bathroom
First Floor
*Master bedroom + balcony
*On-suite bathroom
*Study
Second Floor
*Three bedrooms
*One small room that I left unfurnished but that you could turn into a 3rd small bathroom.
There is no custom content, but you do need to have nightlife and open for bussiness. I think you should use Clean Installer to install the house, because when I tried to, it said that I didn't have all the expansion packs that were needed, which is off course silly because I couldn't use any expansion packs that I don't have to make it. So if you have the same problem, use Clean Installer and it should work just fine!
