Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
This nice modernesque lot was requested by merule999 and I think it's a wonderful lot. I hope you and your sims all enjoy it!



This house has:
- 4 bedrooms and 2,5 baths

- partially furnished (all plumbing, lighting, some electronics, and counters)

- style: unknown, assuming modern and/or contemporary

- built with the AnyGameStarter
