Ridiculously tiny house on a 1x1 lot, with room for a driveway in front. This is meant to be a proof of concept rather than a particularly wonderful building, but seeing as some people are quite into cheap lots, I'm uploading it anyway =).

Furnished for 1–2 sims, built for maximum efficiency. It even has some extras – an easel, a stove and a mirror – so your sims should be able to live here for quite some time.

1 x double bedroom (loft)
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

No garden, but enough space to sit in the sun in front of the house and to plant some shrubs or flowerbeds. One rotated driveway will fit in front of the house.

Excessively playtested.

In case you run into problems with the double bed not being accessible, I'd love to hear about them – I haven't quite figured out the twisted Maxian logic behind stuff underneath roof slopes yet (sometimes one side of a double bed is fine and the other one isn't, even in perfectly symmetrical rooms). However, at its current location the bed was consistently useable in my game, so I'm assuming this will work .. even though I don't know why =).

The roof recolour shown in the screenshots is by Neveah223, I got it from ESB but Neveah has removed all her uploads from there. It is not included with the lot but I'm attaching it as a separate zip (hopefully it's the correct one -- with roof recolours I can never tell which is which ..), since it's not available elsewhere.
