The Opus Cottage - 130 Redwood Pkwy

The Opus Cottage completes my Redwood Pkwy 'hood. Nestled between The Picklin House and The Bennett House at 130 Redwood Pkwy in Sunset Valley, the Opus Cottage is an octagon shaped contemporary styled home surrounded by split level decks and beautiful, lush gardens and a pond.

This home features a central fireplace and a vaulted ceiling in the open living area. In the living area there is seating for 6, a TV, a stereo, bookcase and a study area with a desk and computer. The dining area has a bar and seating for 6 at the table. The kitchen has a dishwasher, trash compactor, food processer and a microwave. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The Master suite has a double bed, 2 night stands and a dresser, along with 2 comfy chairs. The en-suite bath has a shower and 2 sinks. The second bedroom has a single bed, 1 night stand, a dresser and a toybox. The main bath has 1 sink and a tub/shower combo.

On the party deck are a grill, a dining area, a couple lounge chairs and 2 tables. On the deck surrounding the home there is a telescope and an easle. There are 2 parking stalls in the driveway and room for more if you wanted. There is also a bike rack near the front door. If your Sim wants to have a veggie garden there is room in the corner of the lot by the pond. Just take out the stone terrain paint and put in the garden.

I play tested this house for a couple Sim days and corrected the problems I found. If you find that something is still borked yet, let me know and I will fix it.
