The Woodstone Starter - §17,996

I built this home at 2450 Pinochle Point in Sunset Valley. It is a one bedroom, one bath contemporary ranch style house. This is the first of seven lots I plan to build along Pinochle Point.

The perfect home for the Sim couple just starting out. It has all the basic needs your Sims could want to get started. There are lots of possibilities for expanding this house as their family grows.

This home is very attractively decorated and landscaped; it does not however include the Tofunda Wagon shown in the pics. But there is a parking stall already placed under the open carport. Out back there is a nice deck for some lounge chairs or a grill sometime in the future.

Inside the front door is the living room with a sofa, chair, bookcase, stereo and a TV. To the right is a cozy dining room with seating for four. Beyond that is the kitchen and a door to the deck. In the bedroom are a brass double bed, a dresser, two side tables and two lamps. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and a mirror. All necessary lighting is in place and there is a smoke alarm installed. There is still plenty of room in this house to add your own touches as your Sims earn some Simoleans.

Play tested to the point that Sims can access everything without stomping their feet. If you find anything borked let me know.
