Country Bungalow is a cottage or bungalow style house, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It has an open concept with the main floor focal point being the big kitchen. I followed the online house plan pretty well but did some minor changes. I extended the house in the back of the dining/kitchen area and added a sunroom.



Outside is all landscaped, including a small vegetable garden. I added some Solar Panels and put a doghouse in the backyard. I also added a 1 spot driveway. In the pictures I used the invisible driveway and used terrain paints under the vehicle. Also in the pictures you will notice that the roof has white trim. I did not include the invisible driveway or the white roof trim with the lot. You can get them using the links below. Also the Smord P328 is not included with the lot. It’s just there to show where the driveway is located.

On the main floor are a Great/living room (fireplace, bookcase, coffee table, loveseat, chair and recliner), big kitchen with a snack bar, dining room (seating for 4, desk and chair), 2 bedrooms; one with 1 single bed (nightstand and chair, door to bath) ;(one with 2 single beds, 2 night stands), a full bath (tub/shower combo), and the sunroom with 2 lounge chairs and a painting easel.



On the upper level is the Master Suite. With a sitting area (seating for 4, dresser), a full bath (shower/tub combo, 2 sinks) and a walk-in closet. The sleeping area (1 double bed, 2 nightstands exercise bike and vanity) is on a raised split-level.
