Deep Sea Diner and Tidewater Park - 2 lots in one!

Deep Sea Diner - is a quaint little Oceanside bar and bistro that specializes in seafood, but word has it that the ribs are to die for! Don't forget to stop by the Gift Shop upstairs before you head for the park.

Décor in the diner is a mix of nautical and tropical. Sims can eat indoors or enjoy their meal on the Tiki Deck. Bathrooms and the Gift Shop are on the 2nd floor.

Tidewater Park is a great place to bring the family for a day at the beach. Explore the Tide Pools, take a dip in the surf or build sandcastles. It's all here! Bring your sun block!
