Kauai Kottage is a Hawaiian beach shack. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a fireplace and a big Lanai with lattice awning. A big multi-level wood deck winds around from the beautiful flower garden in the front to the hot spring over the beach and up to the Lanai.

As you can see there is quite a bit of plants and trees on this lot. It may lag on less powerful computers.

Inside the house is completely furnished and nicely decorated. This house is set up very well for the Sim that likes to entertain. With lots of comfortable room both inside and out.
