Backdoor Lane 64 -- Small apartment house (3 units)

Custom content: modular stairs by crocobaura – please see this thread if you want to install them properly. The lot will work just fine if you don’t, but they won’t show up in the catalogue so you can’t select them or use them in other lots (which is what the installation procedure is for).



A city villa with three apartments for 1–3 sims each, a bit of unkempt green in the yard, and a basement that can be used by all tenants. There is a small porch on the backside as well where the tenants can play chess. No lift.

The floorplans of the first two apartments are identical, the third one (top floor) is a little smaller.

All basics included in all apartments. I don't think there is a burglar alarm downstairs. Three cars can park in the yard, cars included. Note that I have used an invisible driveway recolour for the screenshots which is not packaged with the lot.

Note that this is not an AL lot, however it shouldn't be hard to convert it into one. Please see my Backdoor Lane 10 post for info on non-AL apartments (multi-household lots have been around since the Base Game era, you don't really need AL for that).


This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1) – you can easily expand the lot with that if your sims want more outdoor space.

Non-pets users can try to open this in any EP *higher than* Pets; I don't think I've used anything from that EP except a bed and a wall hanging or two, so you shouldn't see much of a difference.
