Custom content: modular stairs by crocobaura – please see this thread if you want to install them properly. The lot will work just fine if you don’t, but they won’t show up in the catalogue so you can’t select them or use them in other lots (which is what the installation procedure is for).


A small city house with two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the upper 2 floors, the latter is suitable for a small family. Parking for two cars in front and back of the lot, no lift, no basement.


Apartment 01 (ground floor)

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen
1 x dining/living room

Access is from the back yard; comes with a stove, a dresser and a TV.


Apartment 02 (middle and top floor)

1 x double bedroom
3 x single bedroom (one of them is used as a nursery)

1 x living room

This has a kitchen/dining, toilet, study corner, double bedroom and a small nursery on the first floor; single bedrooms, full bath and living/hobby area are on the top floor. This is not an AL lot, however it shouldn't be hard to convert it. Please see my Backdoor Lane 10 post for info on non-AL multi-household lots.

This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (version 1.1). You can easily enlarge the lot with that, if you think your sims deserve more outdoor space.

Note that I have used an invisible driveway recolour for the screenshots which is not packaged with the lot.
