This old Dutch house with a dramatic gambrel roof has been reclaimed by the parish of Little Worthing to serve as a spiritual retreat for sims who find the demands of society to be too... demanding.

Features:
- fully compliant to asylum challenge

- lockable kitchen and stairwell
- kitchen features separate sink and stove in case of spongebaths or fire
- small greenhouse

- quiet room for naps and quiet activity
- hobby room with piano and exercise machine
- espresso station with 2 coffeemakers

This house is extremely playable for the asylum challenge. I've played it for about a sim week with no need failures and hardly any traffic jams. If you use it for the asylum challenge, good luck and have fun!

It's also easy to convert to a family house. You can tack on a second bathroom where the TV currently is, but my 8 sims managed to get by with the current facilities, so 3 or 4 sims could make do. There is 1 bedroom upstairs large enough for a double bed, and another smaller bedroom. Foyer and hobby room can be used to entertain visitors while the rest of the house is lockable.

Also, one last builder's note: I've managed to build realistic walls throughout the ceiling space, which I'm very proud of! Picture included.
