NOTE: I take Requests. Also, look at my journal for updates and comment on stuff, I like reading comments.

Introduction

"Beams" is the next home in the series and is named so because of the two huge beams which help support the structure's top level.

For anyone wondering, my next home will be a request home sent in by SerpentDragon to build a home on one of the Wright Way lots. This home will not be part of any series, but he wanted a home that was modern and he also wanted one there so it didnt look ugly as it does right now.

The Tour

So, "Beams" is a bit larger than "Seabreeze", but its still got that homey feel to it. Downstairs its got a study with inbuilt bookcases, a kitchen with dining room, a living room, and even an indoor pool.

On the second floor is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms is the Master Suite. Another of the bedrooms is currently a "chill room". It has a guitar, couch and an eisel.

Outside, there is gardens and a BBQ area. Enjoy.

Where to Put

This lot is designed to go on 477 Sunnyside Blvd, where "Statement" goes, but In mine, I moved "Statement" to the corner which is going to be where it is located in this series. So do that and place "Beams" there.
