A traditional 2 bed (dbl), 2 bath home with a modern vibe. Features include a spiral staircase with near panoramic views.

This house is ideal for a young professional family and can comfortably accommodate 4 sims, 5 max. It is fully furnished and modern throughout though there's not much in the way of skill building objects (there is a tv and bookcase). Though not quite minimalist, there's no clutter.

When placed on a 16 x 18 lot this house costs S34,548 furnished or S24,335 unfurnished. When on a 16x18 lot there is room for a car port and one room width extension.

I noticed a slight wall warping occurring on the stairs tower. This is due to the split level technique. I tried to fix it but it seems to be stuck there. It's only visible from certain angles and only seems to be when the walls are in break-away mode (not fully up or down). It doesn't effect the game play at all.
