This is my modern stilt house. It was built for 180 Wright Way. I suggest that's where you place it so it looks as it does in the pictures.
I designed this house based on two Sims living there, with no children. It contains only two bedrooms (double beds), both with en-suite bathrooms with another full bathroom on the second level and a WC on the first.
The kitchen, dining and living room are on the 1st level, while the bedrooms, study and family area is on the 2nd.
It's open plan and very spacious and was designed so the living areas took advantage of the views.
The pool takes up a large amount of this lot, but as you see in the screenshots, the house was actually built around it. It can be accessed from near the bridge.
There are stairs on both sides of the lot, leading down towards the private lake and an outdoors seating area. There is, of course, a deck on each level for outdoor living as well.
NOTES:
The bedrooms both contain a fireplace, but the Sims can't access it. I placed it there purely for decoration, however I did make my Sim fireproof it and turn it on prior to packaging the lot. I have no idea if that means it'll remain that way when you install it. If it doesn't, you just have to use the moveObjects cheat, move the bed out of the way, get your Sim to turn the fireplace on and then put the bed back. Remember to do that for both bedrooms. Once you've done that, it'll work like any other fireplace. The chimney's have also been removed. (Aren't they are pain!?)
Also, keep in mind, that the constrainfloorelevation cheat was used a lot whilst building this lot so be careful if you are not familiar with it if you make any changes.
Alrighty, I think that's about it. Enjoy!
