This is a re-creation of Sunset Valley's Military Base. It's still completely usable as it was before, but it has other features now which can be used like a regular community lot.
*Features*
Mess Hall (BBQ's and tables)
Sleeping Quarters (Basic, as they should be
![Smilie](http://static.modthesims2.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Latrines (Toilets)
Showers (Erm, showers)
Fire Pit (At the sleeping quarters along with BBQ's and seating)
Rec Hall (TV, sofa, that game thingy, Foosball?, stereo)
Gym (Including a stereo and TV for working out)
Sick Bay (Hospital - Not usable like the in-game one)
Reception (Including computer and fridge)
Guest Restrooms (No showers)
The lot has been designed for the "soldiers" to have their sleeping quarters, mess hall, rec room, latrines, showers, gym and fire pit separate from the visitors areas. (Assessable via gate, of course).
To create this lot, I demolished the Stadium so it was built at 55 Landgraab Ave on a 64x64 lot. You will need the same size lot to use this build. I'm not sure what the current military base lot size is, since I demolished that long ago and can't remember where it was placed.
*Useless Info*
Furnished $129,991
Unfurnished $68,940
And finally, I would have loved to have put a helicopter on the helipad, but alas, I couldn't. If you ever find/create one for The Sims 3, please let me know!
Enjoy.
Lot Size: 6x6
Lot Price: 129,991
Additional Credits:
I used the Military Rabbit Hole from Riverview in this build, even though I created it in Sunset Valley. I *think* if you don't have Riverview, it will revert back to the one available in Sunset Valley anyway.
I used Snaitf's Camouflage Pattern in this build.
Also, tammy-trauma's Incredible Roof Recolours .Thank you to the creators.

Install Instructions
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
