On the Gulf - Destin, FL

I spent one of the best summer I ever had in Destin, Florida. We went fishing, crabbing, swimming in the Gulf. We even survived an ordeal while fishing- 10 foot swells at the beginning of a very serious storm on a very small boat. Sea sickness is very real =) All those memories came back to me when I saw this home, this houseplan. So, I gave into the nostalgia and here it is- On the Gulf - Destin, FL.


I originally created this lot for an aspiring artist Sim I was playing. What more could you aspire to than a gorgeous, country cottage home on the beach. It even has a private artist studio off of the living room/den. The plan is very open- again I stuck to the original layout. There are plenty of warm, casual areas for your sim to enjoy the view- balconies galore with a large patio, off the main living area, leading right to the beach.
