Straight from the French countryside, Bonheur Nectary is everything your Sim needs to start making high-quality nectar. A beautiful house in the French Eclectic style sits on a large lot, with a fishing pond in front and a large garden out back. A small shed in the back houses your very own moped.

The garden has all the plants you'll need, all ready to harvest -- six each of all the new types of grapes, common grapes, and watermelon; as well as one apple tree, pomegranate tree, lime tree, and cherry tree.
After harvest, just take the outside stairwell down to the nectar-making room, complete with nectar machine and plenty of storage. One of the racks even has some high-quality bottles for you to get started.

Does your Sim have no nectar-making skills? No problem! The bookcase in the study has all kinds of skill-building books, including every French recipe and all three nectar-making volumes. After you're finished working the nectar machine, the bookcase in the parlor has all the books your Sim needs to keep him entertained for hours. Reading not your thing? Then the big-screen TV and foosball table downstairs might interest you! Build your athletic skill with the treadmill, and your martial arts skill with the training dummy.
And when you're ready to leave the home neighborhood and go on an adventure overseas, the trophy room is the perfect place to display all those artifacts and rare gems you're sure to find!

Install Instructions
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About Me
I've been a fan of the Sims franchise since the very beginning, especially of how versatile user-created content made it. Sure, the game is awesome, but making stuff for it, seeing your creation in the game, really made the difference.
So, without further ado, my policies:
I do accept requests, but reserve the right to reject them. FYI, I'm always up for a good real estate challenge. :)
Please do use my creations in your own game, to any extent you want. Use it as-is, change it around, add to it, take stuff away, whatever.
Please do recolor and/or otherwise edit my content significantly, and upload it to be downloaded with credit and a link.
Please do not upload any recolors or other edits to the Exchange, or to a pay site. If people are paying to download your stuff, then that means you're good enough to make your own.
And, here's the big one, please, do not, under any circumstances, upload any creation of mine and claim it as your own.
Thanks, and enjoy! :)
