This lot is not spectacular or new, but I was walking down memory lane and decided my sim family need a 1960's style home. I was a teenager at the time these were being built, at the time they were going for about $10,000.00 and were my dream homes. I modeled this home after one owned by a relative. The furniture, appliances, and electronics have been updated of course (I'm not that sentimental. Got to have all the new gadgets).

It gives you the feeling your living in a much simpler and safer time (not counting the riots, drugs, and little things like that), with all the modern convenience.

It was built in Sunset Valley at 2200 Pinochle Point.

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Carport, Laundry room, Pool, Deck, pond. Has chess table and book case. The lot is large to add additional items as needed.
