I made this object for my own houses that I plan on uploading in the future. I wanted a For Sale sign infront of each of them to add some sort of realism and add a bit of creativity.

This object has 3 re-colourable channels: The post itself, the frame around the sign, and the hinges holding the sign.

I wasn't going to upload the object until a few friends of mine told me I should and with that I hope you guys enjoy it as much as they have. :-)

It's my absolute first mesh so any constructive criticism is welcome!

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
