Hellos everyone!

I felt like uploading today, so I decided to share few more lots for Finnington, a set of two apartments buildings.

Harmony Apartments

These apartment lots are not any concrete boxes, but lovely houses built for a small town.

This is a row house for your simmies, or a triplex, if you wanna call it that.

Features:
  • 3 apartments (one furnished, 2 for NPC)
  • 2 bedrooms
  • 2 bathrooms
  • made for a wealthier family
Size and prices:
  • Size = 20x30
  • Price furnished = 39586
  • Price unfurnished = 5655/15615 (for some reason the game gave me 2 values)


Harmony Apartments II

This is a small residential house for your simmies.

Features:
  • 2 apartments (one furnished, 1 for NPC)
  • 1 bedrooms
  • 1 bathrooms
  • is a starter
Size and prices:
  • Size = 15x20
  • Price furnished = 14849
  • Price unfurnished = 1854


CC used:
There are no actual CC items used, but you might wanna download this mod to keep the curtain where they are supposed to be.

Note about compatibility:
These lots were built for Finnington, so you'll need...
  • Base game
  • World Adventures
  • Ambitions
  • Late Night

And patch 6.2.4 or higher.

However,
if you use these lots on a different world, it is not necessary to have Ambition and WA, if you don't mind missing a few plants and lights.
