Position:
This house was originally built onto the Sunset Valley plot 500 Sunnyside Blvd which occupies a high cliff top vista.
I was inspired to build this house by a house in a book by Lee Child, Persuader. So I have called this house Persuasion Point, however it is not intended to be a recreation of the house in the book, it is totally my own invention though inspired by a jolly good read!
