So I was playing about with Sims3 and discovered Create a Style

This house started life as a fairly posh house, but the years have not been so kind to it, hence its rather weathered look.



The house has two bedrooms, a downstairs bath and upstairs WC, kitchen-dining and sitting room. The master bedroom has access to the balcony on the front of the house. There is space for a car parking space (or horse hitching rail) on the front right.

At the back of the house there is a vegetable garden with some starter crops and some rocks



The house is not cheap, so I found the freeRealEstate cheat to be extremely useful - in my storyline my Sim Jude inherited the house, so he had his starter money to live on while he worked as a gardener.

INFO Built in a Pets, Ambitions game, only using base game content, patched to 1.26.89. Some of the patterns used in this lot were provided in the last patch so if you are not patched to latest then the lot may not look EXACTLY as in the screenshots.
