These condos come fully furnished in an elegant, modern style. Plenty of room for a family, wonderful views, and a bonus... it might be a condo but there are no shared walls with your neighbor! Both units are separated by common activity areas so you won't hear the details of your neighbor's life!





As you can see in the above floorplans, the condos are roomy without wasting any space, generous bedrooms and living areas will accommodate family activities and any hobby your family wishes to pursue.

There is a playground on the private beach as well as a firepit, BBQ and a picnic area large enough for a party or family reunion.

But then the jewel of this property... and the inspiration for its name...


A hidden hot spring pool! Romantic, beautiful and completely private.

* I included two different versions of this condo in the download. They are labeled Oasis Beach Condos A and Oasis Beach Condos B. This is an attempt to counteract the difficulty in placing beach lots from one terrain to another. I built & decorated each lot as exactly the same as I possibly could.

Oasis Beach Condos A will work in Desiderada, Bluewater, and Crescent Island terrains. While Oasis Beach Condos B will work in Belladonna. As I don't believe apartments work in the vacation hoods I did not test either one of them on those terrains. Custom terrains will have to be tested on your own individual basis.
