3 Sunshine Estate

Hello again

I return to you, bringing with me the third installment in a series of houses called Sunshine Estate.



This time the house is quite different from the others in that it doesn't have a separate bedroom. Now there is a very good reason for this and that is that this house is for an avid hobbyiest so the bedroom has been converted to a crafts room. Included in this room are various hobby-related items such as a desk, a bookshelf and an easel but this room really could be anything rather than generic. It could be a home gym, a science lab, an art studio and so on. So get those creative juices flowing! XD

The interior and exterior decor are similar to the previous houses. The only difference is some extra landscaping to give it a bit of a boho artsy feel.

I did my best to cleanly integrate the bedroom into the living space which I think went quite well The bedroom, lounge and dining are all integrated into one living space so this is nice and big and it still feels open rather than cramped.

So the rooms are:

Lounge/Diner/Bedroom
1 Bathroom
Kitchen
Crafts Room
Entrance Hall (as always just a partition)

So could well be a starter home if some of the decoration is taken out
