Hello all!
I present to you today the first in a new project I've undertaken. I felt summery because the sun finally came out even if only for a little while before the rain and hail resumed but it was enough to put me in the mood for making some summer houses designed to be used in sunny Island Paradiso. So here is Paradise Bungalow!
It is a one bedroom home with an open plan living space and a full bathroom. It does qualify as a starter home when moving in two sims but it is just a touch too expensive for just one. This is because I just couldn't make you an island bungalow without adding a lovely suntrap patio area for your sims to relax in and soak up the midday rays or watch the sun set over the ocean. And of course, what would island living be without at least a small pool on your lot? :D
The decor is gaudy putting it bluntly! But it is all done with island life in mind; it is what I imagine a house would be like in the tropics surrounded by holiday resorts so hopefully you like it. It is definitely tropical themed! XD There are plenty of flowers out front and there is also a driveway for any sims lucky enough to own a car. Or maybe you could delete the parking space and put a speedboat in there instead!
So the rooms are:
Open Plan Living/Kitchen/Diner
Bathroom
Double Bedroom
Amenities:
Swimming Pool
Driveway
Patio Area
Fire Alarm
Price:
Unfurnished: $13,453
Furnished: $16,998
Lot size: 25x20
Please note that Island Paradise is required for the majority of the furniture but this could still work without it if you wish There may also be a few replacable items from other EPs such as the stone used for the pathway which is from World Adventures. It is however CC free! So enjoy, and look forward to summer by sending your sims to live in tropical Isla Paradisio in lovely Paradise Bungalow!

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
