This house was designed for sims movin' up in the world, and looking for a modern style home on a moderate budget. Although modern, this home maintains an earthy feel, and features main living room/kitchen, 2BR, 1.5 baths, and study.

**The mulched area in the back by the pond is intended for gardening**

This is a fully furnished lot including interior and exterior fire alarms, and one burglar alarm. All furniture is tested and should be accessible.
