This mansion in french chateau-style has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The curved driveway has space for 3 cars, and there is a double garage (with a furnished second floor) behind the house. I decided to skip the pool this time, opting for a gazebo instead. I used a 40x40 lot because I'm too lazy to landscape anything bigger.

The exterior is made to mimic the way American designers re-imagine European houses. This house is not intended to be a replica of actual french houses or any other specific style - I pretty much just let the floor plan sprawl as I went along. And added turrets - many turrets.

The interior is a mix of traditional and modern.

As for the price - the house is yours for 101,500. If you want it furnished, the price almost doubles to 193,100.

1st floor
The entrance is a large two-storey foyer with a double staircase.
