Large suburban craftsman house with a semi-open plan in the first floor. On the first floor you find the garage, kitchen, dining, living room and one full and one half bathroom.
At the second floor there are three fully furnished bedrooms and one study that can be used as a nursery or a bedroom. There are two large, full bathrooms. At the third floor there is a TV-area and a spare room that I have furnished as a gym.



The house is loosely based on the Delfino/Mayfair house as seen in Desperate Housewives, it shares many similiarities - especially the front fascia. It's not supposed to be a replica, I simply made a house that I later realized had a striking resemblance to this house..



The house has my standard 25x35 lot, which makes it fit in neatly with my other houses. Here you can see the house in context:



The interior of the house is somewhat dark, and has a lot of wood. For once I put some effort into my bathrooms, and I am happy with the results!
