All You Could Want Modern

Hey all! I call this modern what I did for a very obvious reason. I don't believe there is much more your sim could possibly want that isn't included in this modern. If you wanted to add a basement, you probably could finagle that in fairly easily. The only reason I didn't add one is because, as you can see, it's already a big house. This house is great for...

-first and foremost, large families. There are five bedrooms. Each child bedroom is decorated in a theme (will go into that later), and there is a nursery with two cribs. If you need another room, you could easily add that in where I have it open from above on the third floor, or make the labortary smaller (it is huge)
-entertaining! There is a lot of seating in the living room, two dining tables and even a piano, a bar and small dance floor in a room, as well as a photo booth and suntan booth. Then of course there's a yard with a pool and other things to do.
-large study
-large gym
-large garage
-bathroom on every floor (four bathrooms)
-painting room (or you could add in other skilled objects)
-and of course, I have a laboratory attached to the master suite, so it would be great for a mad scientist sim. I have every (I think) science related skill object in there.



There is even a great view. I made this house on a fairly high hill, so if you place it in a proper place in the neighborhood, your sims would have a very good view (these pictures are from Starlight Hills)



This is my favorite theme room. It's space themed, as you can see. The other rooms are mascot-teenager, as well as, a girly star-bound girl!

What more could you possibly want?!
