Merriston Cottage is an affordable cottage full of older styled charms.



The Cottage is perfectly suited for a growing family in search of some older charm, it has 4/5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all capable of holding 2 sims. It has been in my game for quite a while and I thought it was time to share it.



Merriston Cottage is situated on a 20 by 20 lot costing 45,683 Simoleons furnished and 32,815 Simoleons unfurnished. It was named after the sisters who built it and inhabbit it in my game, it is also placed on a custom lot on Sim Lane in Sunset Valley. I have also carved out the basement to allow for further expansion, just incase your sim families grow even further.
