Here is another Donut Island-house! This time around it's a contemporary one-story cookie cutter house from the beach boulevard.



The house almost completely fills the tiny 20x30 lot, but I made up for that with some nice landscaping.



The house has three bedrooms, one half bath and one full bath.
There is a living room and a kitchen/dining area with room for an additional dinner table.





There's not really that much more to say about this house, other than that it costs 44,795 furnished and 31,253 unfurnished.

I have some technical difficulties with my PC, meaning I can only create houses using CAW. This is why there are no wide-angle shots of the interior in this house.
