I have recieved a few requests from you guys. I am currently in university and don't have too much spare time. I may upload a few houses now and then, but I am not making any promises in regards to your requests.

Macquarie is a modern Australian house. It has two bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open living room - kitchen - dining room. In the backyard there is a pool and two barbecues. Why of course.

I have uploaded two versions of the house.

1. Macquarie
The original "Macquarie" has a modern exterior and is fully furnished. It costs 51,500 unfurnished and 78,000 furnished.


2. Macquarie Base
The second version called "Macquarie Base" has a traditional and cluttered front elevation. It only has very basic furnishings and is the affordable option. This version costs 17,900 unfurnished and 19,500 with basic furnishings.


Both share roughly the same floor plan, and both are built on 20x30 lots.
