This is my second 20x20 house, no CC and I only used stuff from base game. I've actually finished this a month ago but too lazy to upload it.
This house has 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (two with double beds), living room, dining room, kitchen, and an empty room (3x4) between the kitchen and bathroom.
Maybe you can turn that room into a butler bedroom or storage room. I also made a little garden in the backyard and planted 7 base-game plants (including life fruit).
