The owners of this house inherited an old mansion, totally gutted it, fitted modern windows and just kept a tiny bit of the decoration outside. As a result it has the highest ceilings on the main floor, and more inline with modern floorplans the rooms are big. Even though it does not look empty.



It contains all the things you need to impress guests. This is the kitchen/diner if you can even use such a term on this room. It has a piano and bar.



The gallery has a long wall with windows and doors towards the garden. It also has a microphone for those spectacular jokes, guitars and a violin.



The livingroom has a fireplace and bookcases, along with statues and flowers. Lots of room for guests to talk and have fun.



The garden has a maze, BBQ terrace, big fountain with jets etc, and 4 planters. For the kids it has the pirate ship in the garden and something to climb on. On the balcony you have the bonzai tree and a bird bath.

On the second floor is 3 bedrooms for kids in all ages, 1 bathroom to share, 1 double bedroom, 1 double with ensuite and dressingroom. It's also a playroom for the kids, again a bit oversized, but you're only rich once right?

Installation: put the files in the zip in the tray folder without any more folders that that. it should then end up in your library folder.

Mods: On the last pictures I've used Shimrods lighting mod. As the previous pictures show you might not need it.
