Now the TV allows to "Watch Movie", generating enthusiasm.
On the other hand, the "Tinker" interaction is still disabled, because the animation would be too bad and misaligned.
Also, for compatibility with the older games, the "Watch" interactions has been disabled for pets.
Lastly, that annoying tooltip that showed up whenever the mouse pointed to the TV has been removed.

29 MAR 2005: Fixed a BUG that prevented the sims to watch TV while lying on the bed.

After long years of hard research, finally Trottco engineers managed to *detach* the TV set from the stand! And they made it smaller, too!
Now you can place your portable 27" or 14" TV on every dining/cooffee/end table, or even on a counter!

I really couldn't "stand that stand" any more, and so I managed to create a stand-alone TV, placeable everywhere.

Credits for the 27" TV mesh, as you might guess, goes to Maxis .
I've removed the stand and made a second, smaller version.

Each version of the TV has its own GUID, and I managed to keep the outdoor shadows, too (you may have noticed that usually cloned objects lose their outdoor shadows...).

As for the colours, both the versions use the original Trottco 27" textures, so any recolour you make/download for the original TV will be available for these portable versions, too.

As you can see from the picture, Don Lothario doesn't seem to appreciate my work too much...
