Description
When EA made it so that Grungy Sims showed dirt all over, I liked the idea but not the implementation. If the dirt overlay texture was only applied to the skin under the clothing that would be great, but that's not how it works.
I tried Shimrod101's No Hygiene Dirt mod but decided that I didn't want to remove the dirt all together so I created this file.

This file replaces the dirt overlay texture with instance 0x83D7255E72389859 with one that only affects the hands and face of a Sim.


It will conflict with any other file that also replaces this texture.
It CAN be used at the same time as Shimrod101's file but that would be pointless.
