This two-storey house is inspired by contemporary scandinavian houses from the 1980's.



Floor Plan
The house has four bedrooms (one of which is furnished as a nursery), two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The first floor has a semi-open plan with the kitchen, living room and dining room.

Design
The exterior is a mix of dark wood and concrete based on 1980's architecture. Several shed-style roofs make up the dramatic roof line. In real-life, this design would mean open, airy rooms and clerestory-windows. In The Sims though, this means a somewhat cramped second floor.

The interior is a mix of new and old, and is not made to look particularly 1980s.
