Federation architecture was prevalent in Australia between 1890 and 1915. The architectural style had antecedents in the Queen Anne style and Edwardian style of the United Kingdom, combined with various other influences like the Arts and Crafts style. (You can read more here if you're interested)

This house is a Federation Bungalow inspired by houses in the affluent northern suburbs of Sydney, Australia.

Its sprawling floorplan (which is not modelled after any real floorplan), features three bedrooms, one bathrooms and an open living room/kitchen/dining area. The house costs 48,600 unfurnished and 65,700 furnished. The house sits on a 30x30 lot, so there's plenty of garden space and room to expand the house. The house was made on a corner lot, although you'll be fine putting it on a regular lot.
