I called my upload this to show that I used a few recoloring of a few plants by AmarySauce (she's been pumping those flowers out, hasn't she?). I think they look awesome. Same look, different colors, it looks really sleek!

When I uploaded this I called it a Flowery ISLAND modern, so I deleted the island part off. Though I picture it as a tropical house, it isn't necessarily an island lot. I've just been thinking ab out island lots as I've made a few recently. I didn't change teh title of the lot, but that hardly matters.

This lot is pretty simple this time. I often add extra rooms in the basement, but I figured that I don't need to do that every time, and honestly I just wanted to upload it tonight, as I will be doing Christmas stuff this weekend, so will be without my laptop.

I decided to not add any ITF items this time- basically because I don't think I need to every time, and I know that a lot of people don't have that ep, so I added no ITF items this time! EDIT: I just realizesd I used teh ITF glass fence on teh second floor. I just prefer that one from the base game glass fence I think it's called fun fence or something? You could place that instead if you don't have ITF.

I don't really have much to add really, other than that I was really glad to use hudy777's windows again, as I haven't in a while. I've forgotten the versatility they bring!
