Hey everyone! Yes another house. So, I was thinking, we can now place our houses on water, so why not make an island home! It's quite possible with boats that come with island paradise. So, I got to it! Obviously you'll have to place a lot in water, but the beauty of it is, you likely have room in the water for this lot .

I actually put a roof on this time! I've only ever put rooves on my first two houses. I think it quite turned out?! The half rooves are hard LOL. I also haven't uploaded a single story before. But it still has four bedrooms!

I terrain painted this place up and it should look fairly realistic. I also checked for routing and such outside. It should work out okay!

I thought this place would be good for a sim that likes to fish or something, and his family. Or dive, you could place it close to his favorite dive spot! I added in some ocean fish spawners too .





**If you want to add something else outside, like a firepit, it is still possible depsite there being a bit of an incline. Find your area and delete some greenery if necessary. Then, flatten out that part, and put down your item. You can then use the smooth terrain tool around the edges a bit .
