Three medium and ten small deco slots (on the screenshot, the blue vases are in the Medium slots). Same colour variants as the awning, all textures are referenced as usual; found in Surfaces > Displays for 80§.
The non-Maxis plants on the screenshot are from various “Modular Plants” uploads (see profile); the little plus signs on the thumbnails and swatches are due to this wrench icon override.
You need GT to use this.
Polygon Counts:
Same as the Maxis awning.
TSRW, Milkshape, s4pe.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.

Install Instructions

3. Cut and paste the file(s) into your Mods folder

- Anyone can use both .rar and .zip files easily! On Windows, use WinRAR.
- If you don't have a Mods folder, just make one.
