Move your sims into this spacious beach house!

When I saw this house I just had to build it. I did download some cc but otherwise it's base game. t's got 3 bedrooms - 2 bath, a pool, kitchen counters, fixtures, 2 fireplaces and some decorations (like wall colors and carpet). Otherwise it's ready for your own special touches!

This house was right on the beach so i couldn't level the terrain in the back (just flatten it I guess).
