While working on some CAS hiders, I came across this shirt, which has lovely frill details near the buttons.
For some reason, it was hidden in CAS - which makes no sense, since it's perfectly usable.
So I've unlocked and recategorized it! It's from the basegame, so it requires no EPs/SPs.

It's available in Everyday, Formal, Career, Makeover, Random, and for Young Adult and Adult males only.
