This industrial multi-story home is perfect for a small family. Relax on the upper deck in the hot tub, play some foosball, or mix up some drinks for the perfect party in the den. Industro has all a family needs with a nice size kitchen, a cozy study, an outdoor patio, etc.

Background:
The idea for this home came from my Anglo-Fusion Abode. I liked the idea of a compact family home with beautiful outdoor views, but was also a place to invite friends over. The industrial vibe came from the idea of old versus new.

Industro is a three story home with a perfect for a medium sized family. The top floor contains a teen bedroom, a recreation room, and a double patio with hot tub and a barbecue grill. The ground floor has the main living space, a small bathroom, and the study. The basement has the den for mixing up drinks, a guest/spare bedroom, and a spacious bathroom.
