Hello everyone,

I present to you, the Victorian Townhouse Apartments!



I love the look of Victorian-esque town houses, and always thought it would be cool to live in one, so I created this dorm for my university sims to live in and wanted to share with you all to download!

My inspiration to create this was drawn from shellyskis' Coffman Hall, as they created a dorm with apartments instead of individual dorm rooms.

How to Move Your Sims In:
Find the apartment you wish for your sims to move into. To move them in, you must choose one of the bedrooms and select "claim door". This way, your sims will have their own dorm with an apartment to share with other dormies. This shouldn't be confused with the apartment life expansion feature. The "apartments" I have created have regular doors, so other dormies will more than likely invite themselves in to study and/or eat your snacks. If this gets annoying, just click on the door and select "Allow Household Only".

The first floor has:
- two lounge rooms
- one study room
- back deck
- cafeteria

Second floor:
Apartment 1 - two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and living area.
Apartment 2 - two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and living area.

Third floor:
Apartment 3 - three bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and living area.
Apartment 4 - one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and living area.
