Hi there!

This really isn't anything special. I just love the "brand new" house feel, I like filling up the empty spaces with my sims things, while just starting out with the bare essentials. Everything your sim needs to survive is already here, the rest of the decorating is up to them!

Features:

2 bedrooms (1 furnished -- the other bedroom is just waiting to be filled with liddle babies)
1 bathroom (comes with a cheap shower, toilet and vanity w. mirror. What more do your sims need?)
2 outdoor patios surrounded in lovely pine trees to keep out those pesky neighbors!

Please note: I use a custom default replacement terrain hence why my grass is so green, as well as default wall trims hence why they are white and not ugly grey.
