Hi everyone!
I enjoyed working on my last starter home, so I decided to do another one. This one is a two-story starter home, with slats pained a gorgeous turquoise, very fitting for a house to sit by the ocean.



The floorplan for this house is very simple, very open-plan and is easily edited to suit your sim's needs as they progress. The ground floor has three rooms, a dining area, kitchen and living area with a desk. Out the front of the house is a small garden, but there is plenty of room to expand the house and garden as you wish.



The 1st floor has a bathroom and master bedroom.



This house was built with no CC, but the cheat 'bb.moveobjects on' was used, so make sure to have this active before you place this lot!
