The California Bungalow was a highly popular housing type in the growing Australian suburbs of the 1910's and 1920's. Popularized by an influx of American culture and design, the house was adapted to the Australian climate and is now a dominating housing type in historical inner-city suburbs of several Australian cities.



"Kensington" is inspired by the Australian California Bungalow. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area.

The house is placed on a compact suburban 20x30 lot (In real life the lot would likely be much narrower and longer).
