I must begin by saying I greatly appreciate the feedback I received on my recent upload of The Architect's Dream. I quickly knew I wanted to create another property with No Custom Content. I've had a lot of fun re-exploring the stock content created by Maxis and I might only upload "No CC" properties from here on out.


All said, I designed another MidCentury-style ranch. This time, I decided to make a smaller home on a smaller lot (3x3). I think the more compact footprint is still quite livable. This home features:

+ Eat-in Kitchen
+ Living room with fireplace
+ 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths
+ Large master bath
+ Large garage for hobbies







If desired, a sunroom or family room could easily be added over the existing patio. Sometimes I like to use the Greenhouse walls to create a proper "sunroom" effect. Enjoy!
