Whatever happened to Old Werbenjagermanjensen? Some say he disappeared forty leagues under the sea. Others think he went insane from being #1. Perhaps he just wanted his prized hat returned. [end Spongebob reference]


Old Smitty's house has seen better days. Local code enforcement records show it was last updated sometime in the mid-70s. Hope you like avocado green and harvest gold! The shrubs have grown too tall to peek into the windows. The grass is rocky and muddy. The dead trees lend a spooky, foreboding greeting.




Alas, the Werbenjagermanjensen home was built to last. Solid brick exterior and durable metal windows. Its location Downtown makes the tall brick fence and iron gate a peaceful separation from the busy world. The full basement includes a finished rec room with second fireplace, pool table, and bar.




You'll love the surprising amount of space this compact home provides. Perhaps you can be the next lucky owner and tear out that gold shag carpet? Smitty probably left those original oak hardwoods underneath.
